Fluender automatically extracts diagrams and visuals from your source documents. Where illustrations are missing, the platform generates contextual images using generative AI to keep modules visually engaging — no graphic design work required.

We don't have an LMS. How do we distribute training to our teams?

Yes. Beyond direct migration from platforms such as 360Learning and EasyLMS, Fluender can import any content in SCORM format — the standard supported by virtually every LMS on the market — as well as PDF documents. AI Regulation & Ethics
Will Fluender ever use my company's data to train its AI?
Never. Your data belongs to you and only you. Documents you upload, internal knowledge bases, and all content generated on the platform are processed in a fully isolated environment and are never used to retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model.
Which AI models does Fluender use, and where are they hosted?
Fluender uses the best available AI models for each task. All data is stored in France. The core LLM processing (document analysis, pedagogical scripting) can operate entirely within the EU via a European-law provider in Zero Data Retention mode. For voice and video generation, best-in-class external models are used; this is clearly indicated and fully configurable in your organisation settings.
Can Fluender be hosted on our own servers?
Yes. For organisations with strict infrastructure requirements (banking, regulated industries), Fluender can be deployed on-premise, on a dedicated server, or integrated directly with your company’s own AI infrastructure. Several major financial institutions already operate Fluender this way.
Is Fluender compliant with the EU AI Act?
Yes. Fluender falls under the limited-risk category of the EU AI Act. Its tasks are procedural (content generation, pedagogical scripting), with no autonomous decision-making affecting health, safety, or fundamental rights. It therefore does not fall under the high-risk use cases listed in Annex III, and benefits from the Article 6.3 derogation. Compliance is built into the architecture from day one.
When do EU AI Act obligations actually apply to platforms like Fluender?
The EU AI Act entered into force on August 1, 2024, with obligations phased in progressively. High-risk AI obligations (Annex III) have been postponed to December 2, 2027 (Digital Omnibus, adopted by the European Parliament on June 11, 2026). Since Fluender is classified as limited-risk, the most stringent requirements do not apply regardless — though we proactively track the full regulatory timeline.
Data Privacy & Security
Who can see the conversations learners have with their training?
In Fluender, learners can interact directly with their training content — asking questions, practising scenarios, deepening understanding. These conversations are strictly private. Administrators only access aggregated data — completion rates, time spent, progression — never individual dialogue transcripts.
Where is our data stored, and does any of it leave France or the EU?
All Fluender data is stored in France and processed within the European Union. The core processing (document analysis by LLM) can be maintained fully sovereign via a European-law provider in Zero Data Retention mode. The only exception is AI voice or video generation, which uses best-in-class external models — this is clearly indicated and fully configurable per organisation.
Is Fluender GDPR compliant?
Fully. France-based storage, EU-only processing, data minimisation by design, and strict access controls are the foundation of Fluender’s architecture — not afterthoughts. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.
